Return & Exchange Policy
At The Shubh Mangalam Bandhani, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Products with genuine manufacturing defects are eligible for return or exchange.
- You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product if you detect any defects.
- A 360-degree unboxing video is required when submitting a return request for approval.
Return Process
- If your return is approved by our team, the product must be shipped back to our office in Sikar, Rajasthan.
- The customer is liable for covering all return shipping expenses. Once we receive the product and approve its condition, we will process the exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- Returns due to disliking the product will not be accepted.
- There may be slight color variations between the product image and the actual item due to photography or screen resolution differences. Returns based on color differences will not be entertained.
- For Bandhani and Gotapatti products, minor imperfections in stitching or dyeing (e.g., thread holes) are characteristic of handwoven items and are not eligible for returns.
Important Notes
- Order Cancellations: The Shubh Mangalam reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
- Damages During Shipping: The Shubh Mangalam is not responsible for any damage or stains that occur during transit. Customers are advised to inspect the parcel before accepting delivery. If the parcel is damaged or appears tampered with, please refuse delivery.
- Return Window: We do not accept return requests made after 3 days of receiving the shipment.
- Product Condition: All returns must include the original tags, and the product should be in its original condition. Products missing the original tags will not be accepted.
- No Returns for Customized Products: Customized, altered items (e.g., size adjustments, fall piko), and sale items are not eligible for return.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed up to the value of the original product.
- Refunds are not provided. Instead, we offer exchanges or gift cards for future purchases.
- Shipping costs, if any, will not be adjusted in the exchange.
We maintain transparency in our policies and encourage our customers to read and understand them before making a purchase.
